Welcome to our blog. We're ten girls documenting our adventures in #yxe. Hope you have a nice stay!

Two Fifty Two

I recently caught up with Two Fifty Two Boutique and was lucky enough to photograph their latest styles for an upcoming article in Refined Magazine.  Since then they were awarded two SABEX Awards~ Best in Customer Service and New Business Venture. I always love a good local business success story and Two Fifty Two defines just that. Local Success.

Two Fifty Two Boutique is owned and operated by Mackenzie Firby and her father, Barry Firby. Mackenzie has always had a love of fashion and wanted to bring her favorite brands to Saskatoon. She also has a passion for customer service and feels that superior treatment of her customers is essential.  She has employed friendly and outgoing Stylists that share her passions to ensure the Two Fifty Two experience is second to none.  I can attest to this since purchasing a pair of FRAME demin jeans and the service was amazing.  They helped me find the perfect stylish pair for my new mom bod.

Lets take a look into some looks for summer. After all... It is wedding season and this is the place to find something gorgeous.

This leather jacket by Doma was like butter. It felt amazing and its on my bucket list to own.

A few question and answers with the ever awesome Mackenzie.

What's the best thing about owning a boutique fashion store?

Well I have two things! The obvious in that I have 1400 square feet of closet! haha!  Also the relationships I have made with my clients has been awesome. Who knew you would gain so many amazing friends while bonding over clothing.

What's your favourite colours to wear according to season?

I wear a lot of black but I love to add a pop of bright and bold colours such as fuchsia, cobalt or anything metallic in the fall/winter. I also love white for spring/summer. White on white is my fav!
