Infused Waters

Lisa Landre - Infused Waters

Be sure to wash your fruit throughly before infusing and put as much fruit as you like in your water. Let the water sit for at least 30 minutes before drinking or leave over night for optimal taste. Also stir or shake before serving, add ice or maybe a little flavored spritzer for something fuzzy!

Green tea, mint and lime - For fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and breath freshener!
